Blueberry Picking

 

These 3 picked 2 gallons of blueberries in less than 20 minutes!  (I think they ate a lot too!)  That’s a whole lot of blueberries at our house!  Big, juicy, sweet blueberries.

Another use for those stinkin’ pears

In my desperation to use up more of those pears, I modified a carrot cake recipe and came up with this yummy breakfasty-type cake.

3 cups chopped, peeled pears (about 10 pears in my case)

What did I do last week?
